Things to note
Cancellations must be notified to the hostel directly at least 24 hours prior to arrival unless otherwise stated above or on your booking confirmation email. In the event of a cancellation, the booking deposit and booking fee are non-refundable, unless you have purchased cancellation protection. You can cancel directly with the hostel by logging in above.
For any changes to an existing reservation please use the change booking function through your MyWorld account in hostelworld.com. Alternatively you can contact the hostel directly through this area also.
In the event of a no-show, your card will be charged for the first nights accommodation. The outstanding amount is payable to the hostel directly upon your arrival.
Should your credit card expire please contact the hostel directly with the amended details by logging in to your myworld account. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation.
If you paid your deposit with a debit card or PayPal, you must reconfirm your booking 24 hours prior to arrival directly with the property.
